At L & T MINGO TRUCKING LLC, we don't believe in fine print. When you book a load with us, you're entering into a professional partnership. These terms govern all services provided by L & T MINGO TRUCKING LLC, including freight brokerage, direct assets transportation, and supply chain consulting.
How do we handle liability? Our standard carrier liability is limited as per BOL statutes unless otherwise negotiated in writing before the dispatch. We're committed to protecting your cargo from the 1021 Andrew Court dispatch center to its final arrival.
2. Payment and Freight Charges
All invoices are due within 30 days of delivery receipt (Net 30) unless your specific contract states otherwise. We accept ACH, wire transfers, and major corporate cards. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. We believe in fair trade; if there's a discrepancy in the rate, notify our Slidell office within 48 hours.
Detention charges apply after two hours of waiting at either the origin or destination. Our drivers' time is valuable, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining efficient turnaround times.
3. Carrier Obligations
We maintain active FMCSA authority and DOT compliance. You'll find our safety rating always meets the highest industry benchmarks. We're proud of our track record.
